This disclosure explains the small number of browser technologies used by tradeshow.social today and the guardrails for future analytics.
Current approach
The site starts in an essential-only state for optional measurement. HubSpot processes submitted inquiries and the scheduler is available by default as the required booking experience, while optional analytics, advertising, and other non-essential measurement scripts wait for a visitor’s choice. This is a consent foundation, not a claim that every future vendor has been selected or configured.
Essential storage
Essential browser storage remembers whether you selected Essential only or Allow optional tools. It supports the consent experience and does not create an analytics profile. If you clear browser storage, the site may ask for your choice again.
HubSpot inquiry and booking
The Book a session page sends completed guided inquiries to HubSpot and uses HubSpot Meetings as the required booking experience, so both paths are available without optional analytics consent. HubSpot may use cookies or similar technologies for its scheduling experience and receives information you submit through either path. If you allow optional tools, the HubSpot tracking code also loads to support visitor attribution and site analytics; it is not required to submit an inquiry. Future analytics and advertising
The site includes a code-ready Google Analytics 4 measurement layer, but it remains inactive until the owner supplies a Measurement ID, confirms the consent and retention approach, and publishes the required disclosures. When enabled, GA4 is loaded only after optional consent and receives page, campaign, CTA, scheduler-status, and content-assist events; changing to Essential only disables future analytics activity. No advertising pixel or tag container is included. Precision Social should document the vendor, purposes, data sharing, regional requirements, retention, and consent configuration before enabling it.
