Privacy policy.
This starting-point policy explains how Precision Social handles information when you visit tradeshow.social or use its inquiry and booking experiences.
The short version
Precision Social owns and operates tradeshow.social, a website for tradeshow content and social strategy. We collect information you choose to send through an inquiry or booking request, limited technical information needed to operate and protect the site, and information involved when you choose to use the booking scheduler.
This page is a plain-language starting point for owner and counsel review. It is not legal advice. The governing jurisdiction, final retention schedule, vendor terms, and any regional addenda must be confirmed before public promotion.
Who is responsible for your information
Precision Social is the operator responsible for this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at
. The business jurisdiction is currently recorded as: To be confirmed by Precision Social and its counsel before publication.
Information we may handle
- Information you provide when you contact us or request a conversation, such as your name, work email, company, show details, goals, and the contents of your message.
- Scheduling information you provide to the HubSpot Meetings scheduler, such as contact details, meeting selections, and answers to any scheduling questions.
- Basic technical and security information made available by your browser, hosting provider, or scheduler when a page is requested, such as device or browser type, approximate location, timestamps, and IP address or similar network information in logs.
- Campaign or referral information, such as an original landing path or UTM parameters, if the owner enables the prepared measurement layer. No advertising platform or advertising pixel is included.
HubSpot inquiries and Meetings
The booking page uses HubSpot for guided inquiry submissions and embeds HubSpot Meetings. If you submit an inquiry or load or use the scheduler, you interact with HubSpot directly and HubSpot may process contact, show, scheduling, technical, and cookie information as applicable. Review HubSpot’s current privacy policy at

before booking. Precision Social should confirm the applicable HubSpot account, processing terms, configuration, and retention settings before launch.
Why we use information
- To respond to a message, evaluate whether an engagement is a fit, and coordinate a requested meeting.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and its content.
- To maintain business records, prevent abuse, and meet legal or compliance obligations where applicable.
- To understand content or campaign performance only after the owner selects an analytics approach and the required consent and disclosures are in place.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses essential browser storage to remember your cookie choice and temporarily keeps an in-progress inquiry in the current browser tab. The HubSpot scheduler is available by default as the required booking experience and HubSpot may set its own cookies or use similar technologies when it loads. Optional analytics, advertising, and other non-essential measurement scripts are not loaded unless you choose to allow optional tools.
See the Cookie policy for the current categories and how to change your choice.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with service providers that help operate the website or deliver a service you request, including HubSpot for inquiry handling and meeting scheduling. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business change. Precision Social does not presently sell personal information. The final vendor list and any required regional disclosures should be confirmed by the owner and counsel.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, to maintain a requested business relationship, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, and to meet legal, tax, accounting, or security obligations. There is no owner-approved fixed retention schedule in this starting point; Precision Social should set and document specific periods for booking records, correspondence, logs, and consent records before publication.
Your choices and rights
You can decline optional tools, change your cookie choice using Cookie settings in the footer, and ask what personal information we hold or request correction or deletion by emailing
. Depending on where you live and the final legal setup, you may have additional rights such as access, portability, restriction, objection, or the right to complain to a regulator. We may need to verify a request and may retain information we must keep for legitimate or legal reasons.
Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures for the website and should document the final vendor security controls before launch. This business website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed to children. We may update this policy when the site, vendors, or legal requirements change; the updated date above will identify the latest version.
