Pricing and scope

Predictable investment. Clear boundaries.

We scope our engagements around the reality of your event. No arbitrary packages, no vague deliverables. Just the work required to execute a strong show.

What the baseline engagement covers.

Every show needs a minimum level of rigor to make the work useful. The baseline engagement establishes the strategy, captures the agreed story, and prepares your team for what comes next.

Before the show

We work with your team to determine the primary business objective, develop the core content angles, identify key subject matter experts, and establish a clear tradeshow marketing playbook for the floor.

On-site execution

On-site capture focused on the story and people you identified in planning, with a workflow for interviews, product moments, booth interactions, and same-day review or publishing where agreed.

After the show

Organized post-show assets, channel-ready angles, publishing guidance, follow-up prompts, and a measurement readout shaped around the objective and data available to your team.

Scope variables

What changes the investment.

The starting engagement scales based on the complexity, duration, and specific demands of your event footprint.

Duration & Travel

Days on the floor.

Longer shows require additional coverage time, travel logistics, and accommodations, which affect the base scope.

Crew Size

Scale of capture.

Large footprints, multiple concurrent activations, or off-site companion events may require multiple operators or specialized equipment.

Deliverables & distribution

Editing, output, and support.

Requirements for highly produced long-form cuts, motion graphics, multiple daily edits, additional formats, or hands-on distribution support will increase the post-production footprint.

Responsibilities

Where our work ends.

A successful engagement requires clear ownership. We are explicit about what we control and what remains in your domain.

01

You own the outreach.

We prepare the content and context, but your sales or business development team is responsible for running the follow-up sequences, sending the messages, and booking the meetings.

02

No performance guarantees.

We deliver excellent strategic and creative execution. We do not make arbitrary guarantees about reach, qualified leads, or pipeline revenue generated from organic social distribution.

03

You own the physical booth.

We are a content partner, not an experiential agency. We do not handle booth design, physical logistics, promotional merchandise, or general event staffing.

04

The message requires your experts.

We build the framework and prompts, but the substance relies on your team. You must provide access to knowledgeable subject matter experts who can speak authentically on-site.

Who this is built for.

We are a fit for B2B exhibitors with a meaningful event investment, a point of view worth carrying into the market, and internal owners for approvals and follow-up. The best work happens when marketing, sales, and event teams can share the same operating picture.

Probably not a fit if

You need booth design, physical event staffing, a one-day camera crew with no content strategy, or a vendor to own your CRM outreach. We also will not recommend an engagement when the event objective, access to subject matter experts, or approval path is still undefined.

Questions, answered

Clear before you book.

The starting point is public. The final scope gets decided with the facts of your show.

Is $5,000 a fixed quote?

No. $5,000 is the starting engagement level per show. The final scope is custom and depends on the event, coverage, deliverables, editing, and distribution needs we agree together.

What makes an engagement cost more?

Show length, travel, crew requirements, the number and type of deliverables, editing complexity, and the distribution support your team needs can all change the scope.

Do you guarantee reach, leads, or revenue?

No. We can improve readiness, content consistency, follow-up context, and measurement discipline, but no engagement can promise a particular reach, lead, or revenue outcome.

Who owns follow-up after the show?

Your sales or business-development team owns outreach and CRM activity. We provide the content, context, and prompts that help your team make the next conversation specific.
